Royal Mail failed to deliver so I got in touch via eBay and someone responded immediately. She asked whether I would still like the order or whether I’d prefer a refund. I said the former and they were dispatched immediately. This is a really caring company and I would highly recommend it.

I contacted the seller - they responded within one hour, dispatched a replacement which arrived next day. Couldn’t ask for better. The product is high quality and value for money. Highly recommend.

Packaging terrible- a part of the wing was poking out of the cardboard and clearly visible. Packaging not wide enough. Have contacted the seller for a replacement but so reply yet… If it had arrived in good condition, it would have been just what I wanted and as described.
