When it arrived the box had damage and a few parts had fallen out. I co tacted them again. And they sent out a compleatly new hardware set. In case I was missing other parts. That I had not noticed. Excellent summer or winter jacket, lining removes for summer weather, providing plenty of venting. They were 3 hours from me and I drove over to do the exchange. They were out of stock so they upgraded to the current model at the same price. 100% taking care of the customer. I cannot rate them high enough. They will have all my business going forward for motorcycle riding apparel. Great service!!!!
