Packaged well (double boxed, guitar in gig bag + ample bubble wrap) and guitar came as described and seen in the photos. I upgraded to tracking and DHL/Fedex shipping and received my guitar in 4 days which is pretty fast (highly recommend upgrading the shipping carrier). Overall great deal and value on a badass guitar, thank you!!

The item was completely as described and most importantly when I thought i had lost the guitar with FedEx... I actually have an email stating they could not find it after clearing 2 weeks in customs I notified the vendor and in less than a day the package was found and moving through the delivery process again!!! Not sure what they did but its now safely in my hands. A++

Bought a guitar from Japan (based in UK), it arrived as described, in great condition, and very very well packaged (plenty of bubblewrap and secure in box). I purchased the enhanced delivery, and the tracking was spot on, it arrived a week before the estimated delivery date, and there was no damage to the guitar or outer packing at all. I was nervous about importing to the UK but would not hesitate to do it again through this seller. Great value product for the price as well.
