    Not his whole biography of course, just that particular moment in time with him, his family, and the food he loved. The food that he shares with his family, this is that book, and he's teaching us how to make it. This is the cookbook part of it, there are recipes I guarantee you have never heard of before, not to mention how ugly the pictures of food are (after all, nothing is perfect in a normal kitchen) all from his experiences of being a cook in NY and traveling around the world; it gives you a real sense of how this guy was such a special chef. Not only that, but it also gives you his idea's of certain views in regards of cooking, like sandwiches and a game plan for Thanksgiving.   • Some great recipes, but beware of really bad language.

    As we know Anthony Bourdain is a wild guy. Lots of great fun in this book, but beware of some really bad language. Don't give to any person who might be offended by curse words. My friends got a kick out of the book, but they like cursing.
