Works as Advertised
I got it refurbished and have not had any issue with the headset, whatsoever. The sound quality is better than most cans I've owned, it's relatively comfortable to wear and the noise cancellation function cancels out most of the sounds I normally hear from inside of my apartment. It works well with Siri and, when used to make phone calls, I'm told that the microphone is quite clear. The fact that the headphones are not as flashy as most other 'branded' headsets is, for me, also a plus. Worth every penny spent, and then some.

Very satisfied with these headphones
I just wanted a good set of BlueTooth headphones that would work with my new mobile phone because my new phone does not have a plug-in jack for older headphones. The hardest part was figuring out how to get the headphones to work with my new phone because I have never used BlueTooth before. After I figured out all the techno-jargon, I realized it was very simple to get them to link to my phone. These headphones seem to have a long useage time before the rechargable batteries drain. I am very pleased with these headphones.

Excellent Product
Great sound quality, soid battery life, cant find anything bad to say about these headphones for just 50 bucks. Great Deal!

✔️ out the price vs. quality
I guess some people want an inexpensive headphone to sound like Sennheiser. For the price these sound great. Check out the response between $150.00 Dre's and you'll be surprised. I don't pay for brand I pay for quality

The quality was not great, and there unfortunately were white noise issues within 4 days of beginning to use the headphones. It think it’s probably due to an issue that lingered. Sound quality is lacking, doesn’t have deep bass, sound is overall muddled. They are good consumer grade but not headphones for someone who loves music.

Comfortable, good sound, long battery life
These are great. They are super comfy and a nice sound quality. The bass is high as advertised but I like that. Also I wear them for several hours every day and I've only had to charge them once. For the price they can't be beat.

excellent at blocking out distracting sounds
The Q20 is excellant at blocking out distracting noises. I have some $12-20.00 headphones and I could not hear my program as I cut the grass with a gas mower. With the Q20 I can cut the grass and still hear my program. My gas mower sounds like an electric mower when I am wearing the Q20. The range on the Q20 is slightly better than the cheaper headphones, but that may be more a function of the signal strength. I have signal booster (NFC model B03) that enables me to recieve signal over most of my yard (c100ft).

Best headphones for the price
Surprised at the audio quality. I read great reviews about this headset and hearing them in person only solidified the ratings. It has a nice balance of deep bass with crisp highs and mids. I don’t know if any headphones at $50 could come close to sounding as good.

Nice music quality
Not sure about noise cancelling as we haven't used them for that yet. Also have not yet worn them for a long time. Music quality is quite good, controls easy to use and work well. I thought they were capable of pairing with two devices but they are not. That's the next up model for more $$. Wish we had them on our last plane trip when we had stereo screaming toddlers behind and beside us. At least we had ear plugs.
