Nintendo and Intelligent Systems team up once again to bring gamers Fire Emblem: Amakening, the first 3DS title in the long-running strategy RPG series. Players can create their own unique character and then battle alongside a prince named Chrom as he gathers a group of vigilantes, known as the Shepherds, to help him protect the Kingdom of Ylisse from a dark dragon and its army of undead soldiers. Combat takes the form of classic turn-based grid battles, with gamers moving their party around the 2D grid to attack foes, and battles playing out in 3D.<br><br>In between battles, players can move freely through an overworld map to meet new characters and purchase items for use in combat, and animated cut-scenes helps flesh out the game's narrative. There are dozens of characters to meet and command, each with different skills and jobs, and groups can form bonds with one another as they battle, with some characters potentially marrying each other. Online options include local co-op multiplayer, StreetPass and SpotPass data swapping, and the potential to download new missions and characters.

Its great! It turns out its the "winchester" sub-model/motherboard. The last revision of the Xbox 360 ever made and its own soc dedicated to winchester motherboards. Fantastic Introduction to the series, and more!
This is an excellent introduction to the Fire Emblem Series. And once you've learned the ropes, there continues to be quite a bit of depth. It can be approached in a few different ways, you can spend time shaping characters the way you want, or try to limit yourself and use each character and map to its fullest. The character stories were pretty charming, generally. This is the first Fire Emblem I've finished and the first one that I've tried that really "clicked" for me. I Love Awakening!
It had been a while since I had picked up a Fire emblem game. Everyone had been telling me awakening was not only the best point to jump back in but also one of the best FE games to date. After finally getting my hands on it I completely agree with all the fanfare. This games got great graphics, the story is one of the best I've played through. The music is both beautiful and memorable. Gameplay wise this game approachable and addicting. If you're thinking about picking this game up just go for it, it's definitely worth it.It had been a while since I had picked up a Fire emblem game. Good game
I loved it start to finish, but I had a hard time. The game had compelling characters, and every time one fell in battle, I lost more than an asset, I lost a full character. This game gave me a lot of anxiety in that regard. I fully recommend it to anyone. There will be frustrating times in the end game, I played most of the missions with under 10 characters, and that's stupid hard. But my own fault. I loved it start to finish, but I had a hard time. The game had compelling characters, and every time one fell in battle, I lost more than an asset, I lost a full character. This game gave me a lot of anxiety in that regard. My First Fire Emblem Game
I went into this blind, not knowing if I would enjoy it or not. I can officially say I freaking love it! I will definitely be trying some other fire emblem games soon. I enjoyed the strategic gameplay and the romantic options a ton! Ive been told this is the best game to start with when being introduced to Fire Emblem and i agree hands down. Give it a try!

my first playthrough was on a borrowed copy and over a year later I kept itching to replay it so I decided to get a copy for myself! great story, awesome characters, compelling soundtrack. definitely one of my favourite fire emblem games. shipping was quick and had no issues otherwise!
