    Its not a tripod just remember that!

    This is a great tool to use and very sturdy. Its not for long trips where you have to carry it because it does have some weight to it. The truth is you won't find a more stable monopod. Comparing it to a tripod is a mistake. It will wobble when fully or two thirds extended when you are using a video head and panning or after adjusting the focus ring and such. It's not bad at all but please expect an awesome monopod not a tripod. This thing is rock solid and well built. The buts and bolts can be trusted and you can place your foot on the monopod feet and not have to worry about them breaking. I am a filmmaker and find it to be a great tool, very steady in most situations just not when you push it a little or bump it. You'll need a video head for this and I would suggest the Yungnuo video ...

    Big and sturdy

    Compact enough but certainly not light. This is a heavy duty solid metal monopod. Sturdy enough with three pounds of camera on uneven mountaintop. It's very adjustable and easy to set up. I love it ! Wish it was a fraction smaller added some unneeded weight to my pack but I didn't mind. It was so stable.

    The best monopod i have owned

    This monopod has lots of features and is rock solid. It even becomes a small tripod that can sit low on the ground which is convenient for me to use with my portable mini video slider. Overall the value for the price i paid for this was so worth it. Well beyond my expectations.

    Great momopod

    Really love this Monopod. I bought this for a trip to Japan and didn’t want to haul a heavier tripod. The features and functionality is just what I needed!

    One of the best monopods

    I have been researching ths monopod since it came out.it does not come with a fluid head but you can pan the camera with this tripod i bought a under 50 buck fluid head also great quality wow all of this for under 180 can not get any better you can use the base as a mini or low anhle tripod or for a gymbal as well comes with its own carryng bag.just be aware of yhe difference of models the surui sup204s its the one with the clipping legs and the surui sup204sr its the one with the 1/4 of a turn unlock system
