works great
I had a tool with 1 battery and a broken charger given to me by a friend who was moving where he would no longer need it so this was perfect to make the tool functional and it did just that. I now am able to use the tool and recharge both of the batteries and it works well.

Faulty.
I made the mistake of giving positive feedback due to the product being sealed in the plastic case. After opening it I put the battery on the charger and the light indicated there was an error. Meaning either the battery or charger is faulty. I tried a few different things to fix it with no luck.

The battery and charger are both factory items (I believe) and much lower price that factory.

20 volt starter kit
Cord that runs to the charger was cut into about 3 inches from the charger and almost cut into about about 3 feet from the a/c adapter. I used a splice connect to these two pieces together and the charger did work.
