    When I ordered these, I needed them urgently, they were received within 24 hours of dispatch. The packaging is phenomenal, the condition they are received in excellent condition. The quality appears to be excellent, I can’t complain at the value for money. They appear so good that I have ordered more. Pepe is a first class seller, I won’t be at all concerned about buying from him again.

    Remote control was good quality and very quickly sent. I had to return it as it was actually my TV with the fault. Having messed up the return at my end and being unable to change the details (thank you Ebay for having such a poor software program) the seller was very understanding and his communications were faultless. Definitely the nicest Ebay seller I have ever dealt with. Would definitely recommend! Thanks again x

    Worked flawlessly from day one

    We bought another brand of replacement remote control in the recent past as we could not get hold of an original control for our HDR-FOX T2. It did not wear well (silver colour soon came off) and some buttons became difficult to use. This time we went for this brand of remote control. It is larger than my original / previous replacement but is a joy to hold in the hand with nice large buttons. It has worked flawlessly and we have not had any issues with its use.

    Perfect replacement for the original

    I purchased the remote control for family members rather than myself. Less than a year ago I purchased a different brand which wasn’t as good as the original one. Then last month that replacement remote started acting up, therefore I looked for a replacement. At first I couldn’t find the exact same model as it was RM F rather than just RM. Anyway I’m pleased to say that the new one works well and the buttons are slightly bigger and easier to operate. If you’re concerned or confused about the difference then don’t worry it worked okay. I highly recommend it to replace the original Humax remote control.

    Perfect replacement

    This is a straight replacement for the original, same size and layout with exactly the same buttons. Originally bought another product, but it was poor quality and did not have the schedule button. Generic remote controls don't have the media button. This has both, and everything works. Not quite the quality of the original, but you can't get the original any more as Humax have obsoleted it. But this is a good product at a very reasonable price

    A great replacement for original Humax RM-F021 remote control handset

    The original remote control handset for our HUMAX PVR developed faulty keys and needed replacing. Delighted to have found this fully compatible handset from a reputable company. Looks and feels just like the original RM-F01 remote handset, and performs exactly the same. The build quality and finish is excellent, and it comes at a great price. Highly recommended.
