  Shipping was a day early, Packed well for shipping, box was not damaged. Item arrived as described, only thing I was concerned about, THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS......had to find a YouTube video to figure everything out. Good price, I am just starting to shoot with a Gimble, so the price was affordable and this does just as well, and the ones in the $200 range Only gave 3 stars on communication, because there was not any from either one of is. Smooth transaction regardless.

  Basically as described, everything was included and packaged extremely well to ensure the box itself was not damaged. The price listed is the same as the base, but for this being the pro version made it well worth it. Shipping was fast, less than a week before I ordered it.

  Received the item well packed. It was advertised as new and it was new. The package was crushed and couldn’t see that in the pictures. It was not done during the transport as the outer box was ok. However the contents were fine and the price was excellent. So the seller will still get 5 stars. Will buy again anytime A+++++
