Glad I bought it.
When used correctly this product will make noisy signals better. It requires some tweaking in my receiver , an Icom R75. RF gain and Noise reduction settings are critical . Between 4 and 6 seem to work best. It will begin to eat into the desired audio at higher settings.

Installed it in my IC-910H and it does a great job with noise reduction and when I activate the automatic notch filter, it removes birdies just like that. Great upgrade.
