    good product, does what it is intended to do as advertized.

    I have had one of these bug zappers for many years, and it finally quit on me. I had to have another one right away. We moved to an area across from a pond and open field and we have a lot of bugs an mosquitos. This takes care of a lot of pests, works great, easy to use, and it makes sitting out side a lot nicer.

    i got what i was looking for

    great zapper it actually turns some bugs to dust. if you want a bug zapper that actually zaps this is for you . snap crackle pop i love it. tried some store brands and they did not do what i expected i googled and found this one then read the reviews all were good . my neighbors were impressed they have one now thanks.

    Bug-Zapper Like No Other!

    I replaced a 10 year old Stinger with a new Stinger in June of 2015. After a week of never hearing the zapper work, I went out and bought a replacement bulb. Still nothing. I tried the scent pads, a black light, even moving the unit to the other side of the deck and still no zapping. So, this Spring I ordered this unit and finally threw the new Stinger away. The unit is a sturdy plastic that held up when I dropped it. I have mine attached to a shepherd's hook just off my deck and it is light enough that the hook barely bends. After plugging this Flowtron in, within 5 minutes it started zapping. Now, there are times at night it doesn't stop. The mosquitoes are really bad this year and this little number goes nuts. After 3 weeks, I had to remove the bulb and use the spray nozzle on the hose ...

    Excellent value

    Does a great job isolating our Canadian cottage from biting insects and moths. ALSO provides security and “mood” lighting under our deck. The fish in our lake get a nice treat every morning it’s in use.

    Flowtron BK-40D

    This so far has worked well. This season has not been all that buggy in central NY probably due to the extended winter we had. I run this at night while I'm in the garage and it's constantly zapping something. I haven't put the mosquito attracting scents in it yet as they have not been a problem yet. It is all plastic and probably wouldn't take much of a fall so make sure you have it mounted well.
