It is a very detailed DVD that can replace a live teacher in a pricey private lesson.
I have been following Terence Dunn's Tai Chi Long Form VHS version for 3 decades and I still watch it in my spare time. Guess it is about time for me to buy an upgraded DVD version. He laid out the long form in detail step by step, I mean, a pause between each move for students to follow. That is what great teaching is all about. Wonderful Tai Chi Yang Long form guide.
Terence Dunn is the best. He talks as he demonstrates each move and the transitions into the next move. One can also just watch him practice the Yang Long Form.
