"Le Plane".....Fantasy Island TV Series
Not quite but close. Grin Very high quality plastic model. Molds which made the parts, were carefully engineered and fabricated such that the parts are very detailed and fit together perfectly. The addition of the opening rear door, movable landing gear for gear up or down choices was neat as were the additional men and life raft where I could layout a simulated "at sea" rescue. Very good detail.
Good detail for it's scale. Reproducing an aircraft from a unit assigned to the local air base. Just wish that there was a model of this aircraft in 1/48th scale. There is a 1/48th scale kit of the SA-16A (HU-16A), but none of the SA-16B (HU-16B) in 1/48th scale.
