After troubleshooting online, i opened the console and reseated connectors and it is now working perfectly. Not clear if this happened due to shipping. Stylus included doesn’t fit but otherwise works, and there was more minor cosmetic damage on the outer casing that was visible in the listing. Otherwise it was in good condition
