The whole nation was witness to the birth of a star when Elvis Presley made his groundbreaking appearances on THE ED SULLIVAN SHOW in the late 1950s. This collection presents all three of the King's starmaking performances: the 9/9/56 episode that marked his debut; the 10/28/56 episode that featured such timeless classics as "Hound Dog," "Love Me Tender," and "Don't Be Cruel;" and the infamous 1/6/57 episode that required the hip-swivelling Elvis to be filmed above the waist.

ELVIS! 3 dvd's with his complete Ed Sullivan performances!
This contains all 3 complete Ed Sullivan shows on which Elvis appeared. It's a great time capsule, as well as an Elvis document. You will see that he was only photographed from the waist up on the third show. A good feature is being able to just watch the Elvis portions, if you wish. 3 hours of classic American tv!
