However, when I received it, it was damaged, missing a spring, and I also noticed that it’s a left-hand drive, but I ordered a right-hand drive. Please let me know how we can solve this. I can send photos if needed. Thank you for your understanding.

It was not their fault, but offered a refund since they didn’t have any additional stock if it hadn’t arrived. Fortunately, USPS just decided to take it on a vacation for an extra couple days. It was packed well, a reasonable price, and brand new as described. Will gladly do business with again.
