The seller immediately sent return label with apologies. They told me to return in original packaging and they would replace. Within 2weeks, monitor arrived, undamaged thankfully. Great customer service and communication. Also great shipping materials used, it was carrier’s fault. They must have dropped previous monitor right on its corner. It even popped the substantial bubble wrap right on that corner!
