    Lengthy, but always moving.

    Actually, read Tai-Pan back in the late 1970's (I had just finished reading Shogun). Advance over 40 years later and I finally got around to reading Gai-Jin, which is the "sequel" to Tai-Pan. I've decided to refresh my memory, so I purchased a fresh copy of Tai-Pan to read again, in the not so distant future. Have read 4 out of the 6 from Clavell's "Asian Saga", while long reads, they do keep my interest.
