Nope. This ain't it kid...
The aluminum is raw, It is not polished. It is not refined in any way. I had to wash it for over an hour to get the manufacturing gunk off of it. It still reeked of the process. It stunk - a lot. I then tried to polish it - even a bit would have been nice - with Brillo pads. But there are so many nooks and crannies that I can't do much good. In the end, I decided to trash it and I bought one made in plastic. Granted, the plastic "cutting edges" are not as sharply defined as the aluminum ones but I would not put pelmini dough on the aluminum one - who knows what residue you are getting in your dumplings. Ugh. No way!

Unfinished and broken at the same time
The item that arrived was unfinished: it had rough edges and pieces of aluminum that would come off. At the same time it was broken: had numerous small cracks and missing pieces all around.

I do not advise anyone to buy this product !
The dumpling which I bought from you turned out to be a bad product that it was not possible to work on. Crooked and not tough. In short, completely unsuitable for making dumplings !

Tiny dumplings
A lot lighter than it looks, it is made well and sturdy...the dumplings are very small, and it takes a little time to get enough, but I like it.
