    Effective Way to Boost B12 and B9 Levels

    I've been using this product off and on since 2015, but I have severe reactions to it (and all megadoses of vitamins and minerals and all supplements and drugs and some foods) because of my age and GI issues, so I use only a half patch at a time now. Even so, the side effects are horrible (this is not a comment on the product itself, but the fact that it contains large doses of B12 and B9). Other forms of this supplement would be even worse and some would be less effective. The half-patch often falls off while I'm in bed or in the shower. The whole patch tends to stay on longer, but if the batch is very old and the foil envelope has been unsealed for a long time, the patches will corrode and lose their potency and cause worse side effects, so it's best to use an opened foil envelope ...

    Great price for B12 with methylcobalamin that works.

    Blood test reveal that this product works. My B12 levels are naturally low, and with these B12 patches , my levels are great.

    This product really works

    I can feel that it works almost instantaneous.I have been using it for a while and I can said that it almost like when you used in injection form or maybe better because your body absorbed it at the same time with the folic acid. I haven find in injection that came together B12 and folic acid. And as everyone knows this two vitamins have to be absorbed simultaneously to get the benefit.

    It won't stay, not water proof, and it doesn't say it

    It falls off when shower or sweat, I put it in the morning and forget it's there, and I shower and falls of, already lost 4 of them without knowing if its works, and it doesn't say you should wet it, so, how it will work for 48 hours without showering. Not good

    Adhesive on back of patches wont adhere to your skin.

    Although you follow the directions for these patches to the T, they still fall off your skin. I can't say if they are effective or not because they will not stay in place. They fall off and the only way you know is you'll see the patch on the floor and it will not re adhere at all then.
