Great communication right from the start. Let me know where we were at with shipping, even sent pics of the item as they were packaging to make sure I was happy with the appearance of the item before shipping it. The item arrived well packaged in a sturdy box with a thick layer of bubble wrap. When I opened it, it was in better condition than what it appeared in the pictures, which were good to begin with. I am very please with this transaction and would do business with this seller again.

Item was delivered safely and wrapped and packaged professionally. However there’s a few spots where the item has seen some physical damage and because of the white background on the listed photos they are not noticeable. So I’m not sure if the damage was prior to the sale or happened during shipping. The way it is packaged doesn’t add up to the damaged spots. Iam happy with the item just disappointed that if the damage was there originally that it would have been listed in the description. 8/10

The cards arrived protected on a flat cardboard space. They were well protected. The Quality of the cards are undeniable, and even when they were out of the unsealed box, the guaranteed hits were all included. The value of the box was incredible, and the hits I got look amazing! You can trust this vendor and I highly recommend buying from them.

Great audio quality but lacks full feature set of previous flagship recorders
In most respects it is a well feature-laden digital audio recorder, quite diminutive too for easiest portability, but it suffers a few omissions from previous Sony flagship models. Inexplicably, they've taken away some extremely convenient features normally present, regarding display modes and editing in recorder. They only show elapsed time, no longer along with time remaining in a file or date or time stamp as the file plays. Worst still, in regard to editing, they have done away with the overwrite and add-to-end functions. You cannot change the file on the fly anymore - you'd have to record a new file from the start to replace it with new changes. Very inconvenient. I find I edit often and sorely miss that feature, hence my giving this otherwise sonically impressive audio ... Excellent little recorder
It’s great for band rehearsal and recording concerts. Only 4 stars because it comes with windows editing software but not iOS. I can see getting a lot of use out of it.

Great little recorder
Great recorder, smaller than I expected, but feels solid and good quality. Easily fits into my jeans pocket. It came with a case and a foam wind protector. Still getting used to the manual controls for adjusting gain. The iOS remote app is a much better way to control it because adjusting the gain with the device button makes a loud clicking noise that affects the on-screen limiter display. Even connects to my AirPods as bluetooth headphones for playback! (can't record using the bluetooth mic as far as I can tell)Great recorder, smaller than I expected, but feels solid and good quality. The unit and its instructions are all in Japanese. Sony US would not provide me with instructions in English. I was forced to purchase these for $40 from a third source. They have not arrived. Until then the unit is useless to me.
