They eventually fulfilled the order to about 90%. I believe they made a good faith attempt to resolve the problem. Their item value was not enough for me to pursue further. They need more attention to fulfill orders and fully read correction requests. There is one item in photo that is completely the wrong thread and 5 missing threaded ends. Ordered the case, it was sub-par, never used it, returned in time, now they're saying it was used multiple times, broken, and dirty. Never left my house, tag still on, foam in pockets never removed, returned in the same box. All I said was the welds were awful in the stand and the color of the metal diamonds didn't match the pictures. Pics show tag still attached and case pristine before I put it back in the box. Ordered better one. Upon inspection, we found that the customer had used the case multiple times, which caused the zipper to break and left the case very dirty. If the customer did not wish to keep the cue case, it should have been returned unused upon receipt. Instead, it was returned in a used and damaged condition. Although the customer received a full refund through eBay, she still left us negative feedback despite the item being returned in used condition.
