I received a phone call asking me to contact them but without proper explanation. Normally, I received an email from DHL asking me if I want to pay in advance for custom. This time, I end up paying 10$ custom fee plus 18$ administrative fee. Had to visit one of their office to discover all that.I paid. Still without Custom Canada slip. Worst experience ever. Never DHL[Exc+5] Sinar F 4X5 Front Standard w/Lens Boad From JAPAN (Nr. 197033822610)
