This particularly applies to my local Post Office who refused to accept the package as they were full? I had requested Royal Mail to leave it with them as we would be out at the time stated. The tracking showed Refused Returned to Sender - I was furious. Thankfully when I went to the Royal Mail local office they had the parcel so it hadn't been sent back to Platt in Japan - what a relief!
