After complaining that the first product was send poorly, the box was damaged and open and was left outside in the rain even though we were inside right next to the door. Instead of them taking the criticism and tell their team to handle the product with care, I am being told it's no reason to complain. This happened twice by the way as I tried to reorder with the hope this service would be better.

A problem with the rotary basket occurred, but once the seller was contacted , this problem was PROMPTLY fixed with great satisfaction to the buyer. Very professionally handled and good communication. I can definitely recommend no worry purchases from this business.
