Therefore, the seller had to cancel this order pending resolution of the prior order's delivery issue. Would buy from this seller again - excellent communication! PS - The original order's item that was finally received was in perfect condition, a great value and very securely packed.

They ensured I would be okay with this and alternatively offered me a refund. I really only care about watching the DVD's, so it worked out.
