Value, well I am embarrassed to what I paid this unit, lets just say it was a steal at twice the price. Appearance was still brand new in the original manufactures box. Has an updated design yet still adheres to the functionality of the original, except rechargeable. My original pill dispenser was Bluetooth, while this one Wi-Fi the apps function the pretty much the same.

They ignored follow up messages. The actual delivery date was not as promised. Once the product arrived, it was in original packaging and is new as advertised. The shipper could have packed the 3 items better. They all came in one manilla envelope. Fortunately, nothing was damaged in shipping. I will avoid this vendor in the future.
