As a result, there is not much air to the vent compared with my old blower. The restricted airflow by the slow blower caused evap coil to be an icy coil. When the AC stops all ice melts to the water pan.

The condenser is exactly as described in the listing and appears to be in excellent, unused condition. The gal at the freight company commented on how well the items were packed for shipment. Other than a few tiny scratches and a few minor deflections in the cooling fins, I see no damage of any kind.
