Great idea
These are a brilliant idea and are easy to install and use. They put plenty of light exactly where it is needed and drain little power so the batteries last a long time. This is the second one I've bought (I have two optivisors) and I couldn't recommend them higher. 10 out of 10

Almost Perfect
Unit is very easy to install - just follow the directions. It doesn't adversely effect the balance or weight of the visor - you hardly know it's there. I was worried that the battery pack would be heavy and might even get in the way - but it doesn't bother me at all. My one quibble is that the power switch always seems to elude me. I have to grope around to find it. Considering the engineering that obviously went into the design of the light (and the price - which seems a tad high for what's essentially an LED flashlight) - you would think they could come up with a switch that falls to hand more readily. Still, once it's on - the light is wonderful. Recommended. Unit is very easy to install - just follow the directions. my thoughts on this product
I have found this light attachment to be very helpful. Its not too heavy and reduces shadows while inspecting and working with small parts such as watch and clock movements. I highly recommend it for anyone doing micro machining and small parts work.

Perfect upgrade.
Excellent product. Perfect fit and easy to attach. Takes the already fine Optivisor to an even higher level. Provides much more light than the Optivisor imitations with integrated light.

Good working device to add direct lighting for the minute works
It easy to install and it works faultlessly. My only issue is that if you work on any reflective material the light will bounce back onto your lenses and it may be annoying. In fact I believe the best solution will always be to have a proper desk light you can orientate at different angles to avoid the glare of the bright metals and surfaces. Nevertheless occasionally it may be a useful device mounted on the Optivision and it will not hinder its functions in any way.It easy to install and it works faultlessly.
