    Quality product

    Well known quality wire spool tamers to avoid your springy wire to unwrap from your spool. I don't really find it good value for money however as it comes out to over £1 each, shipping included. Products like this should be shipped free of charge IMO. The one thing I don't get is that one side of the elastic loop has been stitched together. Since it was a little too tight for my spool, I had to take out the stitched wire and now it fits perfectly. It's easier to stitch it together than to undo the stitch without damaging the elastic. I'd buy it again but in larger quantities. This was just a test sample for me to see if the product's as good as its reputation, and it pretty much is.

    Indispensable

    A necessity if you use long length spools of wire, No more tangled messes of wire to throw out AND if you are feeling lazy they can also make a decent clapton coil by themselves, just set it up and hold the drill trigger in and the tamer will zip along your core claptoning as it goes, above 34AWG and the risk of wire snapping gets greater, but it is handy for those just starting out wire building and sticking to the standard 32AWG clapton.

    Spool tamers

    They save an extraordinary amount of time untangling wire, monafiliment, and every/anything else which can become tangled. The tiny hole is superb for feeding out the product e.g. wire, monafiliment, satin yarns. The "feeding out process" is smooth And trouble free, Great for any product (depending on size) which may be prone to becoming tangled or knotted. Size is relevant because the hole is small. It is a great product to have when making jewellery and is highly recommend. In my opinion I cannot have too many spool tamer. Will buy more in the future

    spool tamer is a great bit of kit

    Great item, I use it for fishing line, they keep it perfectly tidy and easy to access line to mske traces etc. Perfect wee bit of kit.

    Very handy. Essential!

    After many months of getting annoyed at my wire I'm feeling when I opened it, these things are the ideal cure. Easy to use, keep your spools tidy and in place. Great value for money.
