Those who fail to study history are doomed to repeat it.
This came out a few years after the Columbine tragedy. Mr. Habermehl discusses how new threats require a faster response. He even recommends arming school staff. He is a well recognized law enforcement officer and tactical trainer. His suggestions were obviously ignored. Here we are after the Parkland shooting, and if you watch this video from ten years ago, it proves Mr. Habermehl correct.
