    Although this book was not as described, with no picture of it in the listing, the seller communicated well and quickly gave me a full refund while letting me keep it. The minimal packaging left the book a bit vulnerable (typical for ThriftBooks), but it did arrive safely and timely. As usual, it’s hit or miss with this seller, but often times you can get great values, and their customer service is always very good. Many other sellers with millions of transactions don’t even communicate.

    Shift your paradigm...

    This book is on my must-read list. I've purchased copies to share with friends and loved ones. The concept is a little hokey as the author purports to speak directly with God and God speaks back and answers many of his questions on life and existence... and God. The surprising twist is how smoothly the messages translate... Some devout (and fearful!) worshippers may find it a bit heretical, but I know quite a few devout Christians of different denominations and also a Jewish man who found it very insightful and unexpectedly peaceful to read. Personally I come from a more spiritual side of things and from that open-minded space this book is completely paradigm shifting... I read so many things that reverberated inside of me because I had always THOUGHT them but never expressed them. ...

    This book changed my life.

    And if you are ready to listen to the words, your life will be changed as well. I try to give this book to anyone who says they are searching for answers. The BEST way to read is to crack it open ANYWHERE in the book and begin reading. Do that a couple of times. Then, look in the appendix in the back for ANY topic that strikes you as interesting. GUARANTEED you will NOT be able to put this book down. Then, you will most likely read it beginning to end. Have a wonderful new life!

    Great Book

    The book itself is excellent. I do not recommend you purchase this book from Thrift Books. I purchased the book and received a book of a contrary religious philosophy ( Understanding the Bible). I suspect someone employed by Thrift Books was a devout Christian and made a substitution for my purchase.

    I like the book. It looks new and in pretty good shape, but i ordered a book that was 3 books in one and this is only one book. The picture and description clearly said 3 books in one but i only got book 1.
