    If you want to realize what your goal in life is, then this is a great book that guides you to open your true self.

    A great way for understanding your true self, this is meant for you to really open your mind and soul, it is worth it for people who want to be and understand your surroundings. I highly recommend it for the ones that are seeking wisdom.

    Informative and practical

    Very detailed, in-depth information about each of the chakras. Plus special chapters on how to apply this knowledge in relationships, the raising of healthy children and the progression of civilization. There is also a way to self-evaluate the state of your own chakras. Then you can choose exercises to work on the chakras that you feel need improvement.
