However, upon receiving the item I discovered that the inner packaging was damaged prior to shipping. Otherwise the outer packaging would have also been damaged. Since this is an exclusive premium product I request a partial refund to cover the damage. I was denied by the seller. So, please understand that if you buy from this seller you do so at your own risk. Quality was adequate. Appearance was not. I apologized, offered a partial refund of $5 to smooth things over and customer informed me that I could do better than that and told me he would be contacting eBay for a full refund. I will also be contacting eBay as I believe this individual is a scammer. Sellers beware. (I have proof)
