  Overall a good experience, despite some issues. The seat/spring kit initially showed a tracking number, but the item was never shipped.After 2 weeks I contacted royal-rider, explained the issue, and they said they would re-ship. I had the item within 6 days after that (from India to Canada). So they made good on the shipment. There is one small blemish on the seat, but barely noticiable. Parts are also genuine Royal Enfield as stated in the listing. Best price on ebay for this when I ordered it

  Received in an acceptable time. It was not in an original RE box as I anticipated and was pictured in the offering ad. It was just bubble wrapped and in a generic box so was received with a few blemishes which will affect the appearance but not the function. It makes me think it might have been a returned item, but not for sure about that. Makes no sense for a new item to be reboxed. I hope it is OEM equipment. Price was good so going to keep the item.

  After a hiccup of the item never reaching Fed ex for shipping and communication with the vendor, the issue was positively resolved and a different set of saddle stays , that I approved of as being a acceptable replacement ,were sent and received in a very timely manner. Excellent customer service and a better set of saddle stays than the original set I had ordered. I would not hesitate to do business again with this seller!
