For four decades he also wrote some of the most popular and critically successful novels in modern American literature, from The Sun Also Rises and A Farewell to Arms in the 1920s to the Pulitzer Prize-winning The Old Man and the Sea in 1952. In 1954 he was awarded the Nobel Prize for literature. Other than the damage, the book was as described, the quality and condition aside from the damaged spot was like new. The cost of the book was reasonable. I would definitely purchase from the seller again.
