I inserted two (2) brand new Duracell batteries into the pencil sharpener and it wouldn't rotate the sharpening mechanism. In order to sharpen a pencil I had to rotate the housing of the sharpener by hand, which is not as required by defination. There is nothing automatic, at least of the one I received. Also, I still haven't figured out how to empty the content of wood cuttings. Tried to contact seller but was unable.

When I contacted them they offered 2 send me the Large size, so I could try them out; but they were also 2 small. 🫤 The seller was VERY kind & offered 2 pay the return shipping, (4 both packages. Even tho that is not their normal policy. If I would definitely buy from them again. 🙂
