They accepted my return with no quibble at all and refunded me the same day they received it back. On realising my mistake, I talked to them and reordered it as It was actually the exact model I'd wanted. It has been dispatched back to me now. All this saga from receiving my original order to receiving my refund and reordering it took only 4 days. 5+ stars Excellence

When I messaged the seller about this I got an immediate response and a collection and return was arranged for the following day. As soon as the item was received by them I received a phone call and an immediate refund was arranged. I would have no hesitation in recommending Digitalis Audio to anyone as the customer service is absolutely brilliant!
