I bought a number of pulleys which are high quality and well finnished. I did have a small problem with one of the deliveries where a delivery person which I saw walk up to my front door and drop the package from standing height and walk away. This damaged 2 pulleys and the seller was attentive to solving and offering a solution later replacing the 2 pulleys for me 5stars
