We promptly revised the product's listing and contacted the buyer apologising and suggesting return for full refund, but was not accepted. Apart from the 5mm difference of the stick length everything else was exactly as described. We find that describing it as "the biggest ripoff" might not be totally fair assessment due to our fast and fair approach to resolve the issue.
