I have had to contact the Royal Mail, even though I have provided information and proof from my ring camera that it was collected. I have also had to use a different payment type because of their error, which was not what I wanted to do at all. If you purchase from them, hope that nothing is wrong as you will have a nightmare correcting it. Terrible customer service.
