Exhaust system, all 5 pieces, were only wrapped in bubble wrap and not heavy duty cardboard. This led to lots of dings and dents on each piece and a bent flange. As all of that was cosmetic and hidden under my truck, the seller and I came to a mutually agreeable solution since the face of the mufflers and the exhaust tips weren't damaged. Sounds great once it was put on.

I will start off by saying ultimately the product did not work as intended, and the quality was not very good. But I worked with the seller and they agreed to return the item. I also contacted eBay about the situation and provided photos and eBay agreed to pay for the shipping back, which it’s a little weird that I had to make that argument, but whatever. The piece was not good, but the seller did right.

Ask for partial refund that cost me on parts and all I got was aggravation from company. As usual a company does not want to be responsible for what they sell and guarantee customer service. If I was to ship back to company would have cost me 1/2 of what the muffler cost. The customer said the box was delivered with a small tear but there were no damages to the parts. We apologize and informed him to let us know if there were any issues. He later said the item was missing parts. We requested images of the parts received so we can requested replacements, but he refused? He then said its missing bolts and then demanded a 65% refund.. We could not honor that, so we asked him to return it for a full refund + shipping.
