I just hooked it up and everything works to a tee, my screen is no longer black and my usb ports work. I will be spreading the word about Joe and his amazing company . Thanks.

Replacing the unit was very expensive and extremely hard to find. Glad we found this company 10/10

I sent one message asking info and 1 message during repair and both were answered within an hour. The hardest part about this was finding a box to ship.... I got the receiver back, installed in a few minutes, and everything was back to working perfectly.
