I think maybe the person who filled it at the factory simply didn't put enough stuffing in the pillow. I have 5 body pillows, and this one of by far the worst quality. The pillow I got was not filled properly. All the other pillows I've purchased in the past were fine, but this one is different, because it has less stuffing.
