The seller on the otherhand has performed a little less than what I expected he did however get his item back but took to long to issue my refund. I was not prepared to wait for 7 days to give him a NEGATIVE so decided to send feedback now on POSITIVE simply because I have now received my refund but will not deal with the seller again. This transaction was cancelled

The laptop did come as described, but would initially not start, because there had been a mixup with the supplied power supply. A bigger power supply was bought and the seller was quick to help with a solution. The seller was very good at communicating and the laptop is definitely with the money. It was a good purchase and purchase experience.
