I reached out to the seller and the seller just said it said it was delivered… So I need either need the part or I need the refund today please it’s 40 bucks.

Item was cheaply made. Plastic is too soft. Cannot properly use to pull door panel or even take plastic rivets out of fender well too soft of a tool.
