Instead I made the purchase here, watched a Youtube video to remove it, and sent in the amp with the provided shipping label. About 2 weeks later I received it back, and re-installed it. And it's working as normal now. Would definitely recommend if anyone has a RC350 with a faulty amp (B15C3 error code).
