    Seller was extremely responsive when there was an issue with USPS. It was not their fault, but offered a refund since they didn’t have any additional stock if it hadn’t arrived. Fortunately, USPS just decided to take it on a vacation for an extra couple days. It was packed well, a reasonable price, and brand new as described. Will gladly do business with again.

    I received exactly what was posted - a brand new Kryptonite 1090 Evolution chain lock. The item came in secure packaging and great condition. It even shipped faster than the estimated delivery date. Can't believe this seller was so much cheaper compared to Amazon and was completely valid too.

    Part came really well shipped with plenty to ensure the original box was delivered in good shape, box contains all items like manuals and sticker etc... seller contacted me before the package arrived to make sure everything was good. It took 22 days for the shipment to arrive to my country in LATAM which is a bit over the median but its not the sellers fault. I would buy from them again.

    Saved my ride!

    I bought the Hexus II 16- function tool when my own chain broke after 6000 miles on my road bike. That happened on a 45 mile ride and my riding buddy happened to have the same tool in his kit, so we fixed my chain and we were able to get home. Figured it would be a good tool for me to add to my bag and it wasn't very heavy, so I bought it and kinda forgot about it. Four weeks later I was on a ride up to Vail Pass on a rented bike and I happened to have my own tool bag with me, a habit that I have gotten into any time that I rent a bike. At about miles from the pass the chain on the rented bike snapped while I was climbing .     Good multitool, but do not forget a real spoke wrench when going racing.

    For the most part, the tool is high quality. The only problem area is a spoke wrench. First of all, its just poor ergonomics. The wrench needs to be so close to the hub that it does not fit through the full circle. Secondly, all three spoke wrenches are on a removable plastic side panel. The notches are reinforced by a metal insert, which is so soft that the tool became useless before I finished truing a wheel.

    Life saver, worth every cent of it.

    This tool has saved me from being stranded in the middle of nowhere when I broke a chain during a climb in a remote place. I was able to fix it and return back safely without any help. It is light, solid, and easy to use. The hook to hold the chain is probably the smartest piece of design and most appreciated service of this great multitool. Levers to dismantle tires are also clever, solid, and functional. Don't hesitate to buy this tool, it pays itself after the first time you use it.

    One tool to rule them all

    This is a great high quality bike tool. It has every tool that every of my bikes has a bolt to use it on. It feels sturdy, quality and in my opinion couldn't be a better size. Great tool and I'm happy to have it. Only complaint is that the tire spoons are a pain to pull off, which is great because they don't fall off, but tough to get off when you need them. That's just me though, other than that I'd give it a 9.5/10

    bicycle multi-tool

    Needed a replacement multi-yool for one that I had. I like having something to take care of minor mending that can happen we hile riding or adjusting a new item during practical use. This one covers most bases and i have already used it a few times and it works just fine. Nice compact size too.
