They came totally loose in the postal envelope rather than regulation individual bubble packages. Could have been a child safety issue as soon as the envelope was opened. There was also, therefore, no means of verifying the Best Before date claimed by the seller, nor that they were unused.

Item exactly as described, excellent value and extremely quick shipment. Good quality and arrived in perfect condition, despite carrier ramming it through letter box and tearing outer packaging. Delivery well within estimated date via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Packaging needs more thought: box literally enormous for the volume of content and no padding was used to restrict movement, so 13 boxes of filters were free to rattle around inside. Seems there are two sizes for NEFF ovens and I had ordered the wrong one so my mistake but the supplier/ advertiser maybe could have made the size more visible or even shown two ( or maybe more) sizes. As I’ve already sent the item back via e bay’s free postage and money back system, and expect to be credited with the cost then I don’t wish to leave a neutral or negative response
